Many salons use an a la carte style pricing structure. This usually entails breaking down services into categories such as Women’s Cuts, Men’s Cuts, or Kid’s Cuts. The only problem with that is that your gender doesn’t actually determine what kind of haircut you’re getting. And we all know a kid who has more hair than both of their parents combined. So instead, Stella uses an hourly pricing structure for all of her services. This flat rate means that you will never be expected to leave a tip and that you will be charged fairly at every appointment.
